Before you lift a single weight, I’ll walk you through some exercises and assess what your body is currently capable of. This allows me to create a program that best fits your needs.
If you’re new to exercising, I like to start with bodyweight exercises and resistance bands. It usually takes a few weeks before I’ll hand a beginner a dumbbell or kettlebell. This is because we need to strengthen your connective tissue and make sure your body is ready to adapt safely.
If you’re used to watching fun Instagram workouts, our sessions may feel different than what you’re used to seeing. But I promise you, we’ll get you results faster and safer if you follow my proven plan.

Since the majority of my female clients prefer to work out in my private space, I train primarily out of my home gym. Bonus: It’s free of creepy men trying to hit on you or videotape you doing the hip thrust, and it has everything we need to get you in the best shape of your life. But if you prefer I come to your safe space, I also offer mobile training packages.
