When I started my fitness journey, I was anything but healthy.
I knew I had to stop making excuses, so I signed up for my first fitness bootcamp.
But in all honesty, I was dreading it.
And yes, it was uncomfortable.
But I pushed through, and it wasn’t long before I fell in love with the results and, surprisingly, the process.
Though I experienced multiple setbacks, I eventually became a personal trainer because I wanted to help women overcome their obstacles and take back their voice through the power of fitness.
Now I’m excited to help you experience what it feels like to be strong, sexy, and empowered.
